okay i'll break it down.. i need to down grade my lighting.i'm looking to get $350 + shipping for this stuff
i have
2 Mh 400W ballasts, 1 is a sunsystems 1, and another is a generic type off a full lighting hood
2 moguls
2 bulbs (diff K)(age unknown, bought used)
1 high quality relfector

everything is in great condition fires and runs perfect
2 T-5 ballasts
8 3pc endcaps
3 bulbs (age unknown)
and 4 individual reflectors(one needs a new bulb clip)

Purchase within 1 week and i'll split shipping

I may be interested in one of the 400watt MH bulbs, ballast, and reflector, mogul. I currently already have one 400 watt set up, and I would rather be able to put any kind of coral i want anywhere in the tank instead of having to put a clam or two and hard corals in the center. I currently have a 75 gallon, with 400watt 20,000K MH radium, spider reflector, coralview ballast, and moguls, and running two T-5 superblue actinic 2x54 to supplement the daylight..I fear however that this may be too much light am I correct? (i mean by adding a second 400 watt)

yea i have a 75 that is not quite finished setting up yet.... with those 2 400's i thought the heat would be too high.... but if you have good circulation i dont think it wouldn't be a huge problem....but i'm not gonna get all used car salesmen on you

let me know ... :)

SURFER - i think the two MH's would be a bit much for a 55
NOFUSH- when you say how long, do you mean the bulbs + the mogul base or the ballast?
2 400's would be nice on a 120 especially with the T-5s for supplemental lighting.
i'd even maybe add another one depending on the actual length
if you would like you can email me at Jewdontknow@hotmail.com for further questions or anything else
