Plain and simple, is it ok to keep 2 different types of clowns? Let's saw 2 percula and 2 black & white ocellaris within a 55g or a 120g? The ocellaris are already paired. Sorry if it's a dumb question, I just wanted to know

i have seen it done but not for very long...they will fight and 2 or 3 will most likely die...
but if you look on -- there is a lady who has had 27 clowns in a tank together for over 2 years but the tank is much larger and all the clowns were raised togather..

It is not recomended to keep more than 1 pair per tank. If you'd eventaully want them to bond and breed, they need to feel safe and secure. The presence of the other pair will disrupt bonding. There is the chance you will loose a fish or 2 to fighting. The 55, is too small would not even try. I also would not try in the 120, but it's your decision.

Thanks guys! I would rather not try it, I don't want any casualties. I just wanted to make sure
