2 missing fish now - a 6 line 2 weeks ago and now a diamond goby !!

haven't seen him in 3 days - what HAPPENS to these guys ?!
90G FOWLR up 13 months -
125#LR and 80#LS
proclear wet dry and skimmer
4 units of chemi-pure in the sump
all readings perfect, except trates = 50 pmm
was 11 small fish - all between 2" and 5"
racoon butterfly
yellow tang
blue/green chromis
6 line wrasse - gone
coral beauty
royal gramma
pj cardinal
pr of clowns
diamond goby - gone
lyrteail anthais
2 starfish
mix of hermits and snails - about 2 dozen combined

What kind of starfish? When was the last time you added new live rock?

a red african knob and a choc chip starfish
no additions (rock or fish) since january - everyone was thriving and happy

When I got my Diamond Goby and put him in, I didnt see him for 2 weeks. I thought he died. BUTTTT he made a new hole in the back of the tank,, thats why i didnt see him..

Hi there. Is your tank drilled, or do you keep your covers off? I remember when I added my mine (diamond goby) I couldn't find him after Day 1. A couple weeks later I found him in one of my overflows. These fish can jump, but they also burrow and mine never really came out in front of me- always stayed hidden.
