2 Mouths???

Can a BTA have 2 mouths? I really have not gotten a good look at mine til this morning, and I saw 2 mouths on it. It doesn't look like it is splitting, I only see one foot...BUT I know I saw 2 mouths...One big, and on the other side of anemone a small one...Maybe it is going to split????

That can vary, but once it starts, its usually split withing 24 hours. It could just stay the way it is with 2 mouths for a few weeks though.
I have very little experience with BTAs that have divided on their own and havent closely observed the details on the ones that have. Ones that I have manually propagated have all healed within 24 hrs

Looks painful...LOL..I'm not really sure that it is splitting. I am happy to say that the anemone is now on top of the rock so I could see it better....The part where I thought I saw another mouth was off to the side, The way it is right now, I can't tell, maybe I will get a better look in the morning. BUT IT LOOKS GOOD!!! YAYYY...I can't get a good pic...lights are out, and I am still trying to figure out this camera. I could do what my son says...read the book...LOL

Thanks, it's only been a few days though...someone told me they don't consider an anemone a success until you have had it a minimum of 6 months.....
We hung my MH lights from the ceiling tonight trying to eliminate any cause for algae in the water. They were 3" off top, not they are hanging about 7" from top...

Sure wish I could get a pic...too dark...I just peaked (w/flashlight) and I know I saw another small mouth...I am almost sure that is what it is.
