yeah my friend from around the corner has a 265G sps tank and he came over with his camera and snapped a few pics...
he loves my lion also and wants to get one really bad i guess its just hard to find one with so much color in it

u know ive had this fish for about 3 years now and when i got him he was $20 at a LFS out here... i dont think they realized and neither did i that yellow ones are more of a rare color morph... anyways i always just thought he was a cool fish hes always out crusing the tank and hanging out... doesnt bother anything except shrimp but i dont have any of those so no biggie... but hes a great fish and everyone is always amazed at the bright yellow coloring it is in person its hard to really capture its true coloring

thanks for this... never knew how to tell... mine is a boy i guess it has 8 bands... you and your lion murph, have to show it off all the time, mine has a little yellow on the top but none on the fins... those pics are some of the best i have seen on here...

I soooooooooo want a dwarf lionfish!!!
I got a 125 reef. What other inhabitants do you have that it gets along with? I am jsut worried that it will munch on some of my smaller fish (chromis, small clown (will get bigger), starfish, ect. No shrimp at this time though.

Hay Murph, do you think a dwarf lion in a 45g mixed reef would work?? I keep a pair of percs, LMB and neon gobie. The only thing i'm worried about is the gobie because of the size.
