Do you guys think two peppermint shrimp and one cleaner shrimp will get along in a 12 gallon tank?

Which "cleaner" shrimp are you referring to? A CBS will catch and eat the peps if it can, but a skunk may be OK.

I have a cleaner shrimp and a peppermint together in the same tank and they never have any problems.
Inverts can be finky about how you acclimate them. be sure you're doing ti correctly, preferably with a drip acclimation.
