1 is there a list of what anenome is safe to put near a coral? For instance.
Bubble is ok to put near a Leather toadstool.
And 2nd
How much to you pay to have your 5# co2 tank recharged?

For the most part -- I would say no to the anemone touching any coral or be too close to it..... but.... my carpet anemone and leather corals used to touch at time without harm to either. I don't recommend it -- and my carpet anemone made an emergeny trip to the lfs one day (started moving and almost killed one of my sps and ate a few fish along the way).
I wouldn't think a tank recharge would be much -- call prax air if you have one locally or maybe even a welding supply shop.

Can't answer on the anemone, but for CO2 5# bottle should be in the $20-25ish range. (CA tends to be a bit pricier than the rest of the country.)
Last time I filled one was a few years ago though, when I still had a keg fridge.
I think Liquid Carbonics is a nationwide Co. but I'm not sure.

For the Co2 tank you can also check with a Co. that recharges or sells fire extinguishers. Do you know anybody in the HVAC trade? I can get a 20lb. cylinder full for about $20
