can i keep sps, with 2 mh 175 watt lights in a 75 gallon tank and what is the best kind of skimmer to buy for a 75 gallon tank with a wet dry... please keep cost in mind i am not rich and cant afford 200 $ for a skimmer

Hopefully someone better with lighting will come along for you soon but I think that'd be fine!
As for a skimmer why not build your own???? With some research they're not that hard to do and you could buy the parts in bits and pieces ending up eventually with a BETTER skimmer for less than you'd ever pay for the same quality out of the store! Or search for a really good deal on a used one! Lots of people do that to save a few bucks and end up with fantastic skimmers for much less!

Never skimp on the skimmer....what will end up happenening is you will eventually go for the better one anyway.
