2 videos with 2 different flow rates...which one is best?

Ok I have 2 videos of my tank (46g) that I need ya'll to look at and tell me which one has the best flow. Each video takes a look at the same coral so you can see the difference

WOW...I thought the first one was a lot of flow,...the second vid looks like that coral is gonna be blown away...LOL

Yea funny thing is that its been in that same spot for almost a year so I guess it likes it.

The fast one but I have noticed that even the fast one is about the same as the slow one but I needed a second opinion. I would like to use the slower one but that drops my 'current' in my tank to half. I also can only grow mushrooms in the middle because that is where the current breaks. I would like to put them in other parts of the tank but I dont know how important this current is

Tank looks great! I was just curious as to what lights you are using, there's so much blue in the vids it looks beautiful
