Each kit contains a high quality electronic ballast, 2 reflectors with EZ mount clips, wiring, cords, waterproof endcaps (2 pairs), and standoffs.
With any of these bulbs
* Blue - Blue spectrum peaks at 450 nm
* Sun - Full spectrum, high CRI lamp, 6000° K broad spectrum promotes growth
* Aquablue - 60% Actinic Blue, 40% 11000° K
* Actinic Blue - Peaks at 420 nm, the only T-5 HO true actinic tube available in the U.S. market
I'm not sure which ones i would want or need anyone have any info?

What kind of corals do you plan to keep?? That will really determine what lighting would be best.

Keep in mind the retrofit kit includes the lamps and you have to buy them for the Tek Hood.
4 T5's in a 55 gallon will allow you to keep just about anything.
The T5 Actinic lamp is OK but nothing special.
The Blue lamp is about the color of a radium halide bulb and fluoresces the corals pretty good.
The Sun is a bit yellowish/
The Aquablue is actually a crisp white light with a hint of blue and provides the most PAR of any of the lamps.
I would use a 50/50 mix of aquablue and Blue (actually called Blueplus) lamps.
