Currently I have 2 small (1 inch a piece) clowns and a cleaner shrimp in my 20 gallon. I am turning it into a reef soon but I really would like to get a blenny. I was thinking a bicolor, but in your opinions would this be too much for a 20 gal. I currently have 24pounds of lr and 40lbs of ls. I do roughly 20% water changes every 3 weeks. Thanks.

Lol...I know...jumping ahead of myself. The smaller is getting better as the days go. I see him eat a little more each day. They are getting pretty social by the way. My cleaner shrimp is always so excited when they let him clean them. Thanks.

Sure. Thats good. If he's eating more and more. It only takes alittle food each day to sustain a fish. You'd be suprised. I think i could leave for a week and not feed anyone and it would be like nothing happened.
The bicolor blenny is a good algae eater so get him some algae sheets in addition to the meaty foods you feed the clowns. Trick with the bicolor is to get food to him because he hides but WILL come out when you feed so put a little food in when you feed until he comes out and then put the rest.
