20 Gallon powerhead suggestion?

I have a 20 gallon reef tank and I have 2 powerheads in it now, the kind that oscillate. Anyways, they are huge and ugly, and on top of that one of them rattles. It drives me crazy, and its probably driving the fish crazy too. I want to go with some powerheads that dont move (I think thats why its making noises).
Do you guys have any suggestions on some powerheads for a 20 gallon tank? The smaller the size the better :)
Thanks in advance for your help

I got an AquaClear 802 and it doesn't submerse! I have a 301 and it's submerged and running great. Is that not good, or is the 301 different in that way?

sorry SS, never had much experience with hagen, how does the 802 not fully submerse? can you post a pic?

No camera right now, but there's a decal on it with a water line saying "do not submerse past this point." And I can see why now, the top of it and where the cord goes in doesn't appear to be water tight!
I thought of just epoxy-gluing these areas but then thought the manufacturer must have a reason of this and then I thought overheating and ventilation. Lots of thoughts... Thinking of taking this bugger back maybe.
I need something submerged, but I see 400 GPH pumps are much more expensive.
