I built my own sump for my 75 gallon tank, only to have the tank's seal break 3 weeks later and flood my entire kitchen and breakfast room. Therefore, I have 20 lbs. of Ecosystem Miracle Mud that was used for 3 weeks, dried out and is ready for use again. You guys know all about what great stuff this is, and it sells for $85/10lb. bag around here. I'm selling all 20 lbs. of this for $50.
