200 RR stocking

Hi,
need some help with stocking on my 200 RR has 250 LR 300 LS
i also have a 72 that i want to do more reef stuff in,
72 has:
mated pair of perc clowns ( they stay in the 72 )
strawberry grama/ basslet ( he has to go to LFS or the 200 gal )
dwarf lion ( can stay for now or move to the 200 don't want him eating the male clown )
yellow tang ( think about moving to the 200 )
2 diamond gobies ( def going to the LFS or donating to someone )
1 coral beauty ( prob the 200 gal )
1 mandrian ( stays where he is )
going to add a pinatus batfish to the 72 gal
200 tank:
dwarf lion from the 72
coral beauty from the 72
strawberry grama/ basslet from the 72
yellow tang from the 72
must have a emperator angel in the 200
was also thinking of a powder blue ( will it be ok with the angel and yellow tang )
also have a bubble tip anemone in the 72 that the false perc's don't look at and is getting quite big almost 12" dia now, was going to put the anemone in the 200 with a clown , what clown would be best choice and be able to carry it's own weight with the other fish and perhaps take to the bubble tip ? a maroon maybe,
last but not least what order u think i should do this in ?

I'm hoping that you mean the batfish is being added to the 200...the thing gets 18" long and at leas that high.
As for the tangs...you could try it, but add the yellow first and the PBT last. And watch for fireworks. PBT's are *really* not team players in concerns to other tangs. Especially those of similar body shape. Keep the 72 ready for the yellow tang again, just in case. It's a large enough tank that it might not matter, but better safe than sorry. Also watch it with the angel. You never know. Make sure your LFS has a good return policy.
As for the anemone, go for either a maroon or a tomato, they're pretty belligerant and will usually stand up to dottybacks. Actually, thinking on it...I think that batfish eat anemones. I'm almost positive of it. Batfish are cool, but they get huge, eat everything and die 9 times out of 10 after they destroy your pretties. If you really must have one, make sure it eats before you take it home, and I'd find another home for or leave the anemone where it is and put the batfish in the 200. They're not very hearty as it is.

was going to keep the bat in the 75 i had one before but have since changed my mind and think maybe leave the yellow tang in the 72, which would leave me with one more fish for the 200 that would play nice with the angel and powderblue any suggestings

I'm rather fond of raccoon butterflies (although they eat anemones as well) myself. (probably *the* most hearty of all butterflies with the exception of the corallicola, but not a whole lot of people like them. I do, but most people think they're so-so)
If you're wanting a larger fish, creolefish are very pretty and would fit in with the tankmates you have planned if you have very good filtration. Although with angels as picky as they are about water quality, you may want to forego this one.
I'm a lionfish addict, so I'm always telling people to shove a volitans or a radiata in their tanks Radiata being my favorite since they stay smaller and you can house with larger shrimp. And with sensitive tankmates, a radiata wouldn't add as much mess as a volitans.
I think it just depends on what you want in your tank
