but now about the bulbs do i need to buy new ones if i want coral? the ones it came with are compact fuorescent? also do you need to wait for a tank to be cycled and then put the lf in? im still not sure if it is safe to use that tank...would u use it? :notsure:

You don't need to buy new bulbs just use the ones it came with. You can add the liverock to your tank which will start the curing process. Is it uncured liverock? Whether or not your tank is safe, I don't know. Just give it a try. If not, it's only a 20 gallon tank and you can buy another at your lfs. Now that I'm thinking why don't you play it safe and buy a new tank. It's only a 20G so it won't cost a lot.

scrub the tank with vinager and then rinse really well

im gonna do the viniger thing should i use a sponge? some1 at a diffrent message board said as long as its not detergent it should be fine because it would have rinsed out or it would have evorated by now
