im at 4000 with my 185 and i havent even started with alot of corals yet. Im thinking another 2 to 3 thousand on coral ill be good...

you might find a good used deal...
I got a 240 gal complet set up stand, canopy, sump, two return pumps, skimmer W/ pump, 200+lbs of live rock, LS for $2k
I did have to drive from colorado to kC so add $400 for the trip.
then I spent 1k on the lights.
so right now I have 4K in to it and still adding $$
but look for a good used deal you just might get lucky!
