I posted this previously about a week ago but some of the buyers ended up falling through. So i guess i'll give it another try...
I have a 220 gallon tank that I made for sale...
You can search my user name and find the thread that I started about it fairly easily, although it isn't finished I've posted an updated pic of the tank here.
The specs are 30" deep, 72" long and 24" wide.
It comes with the stand shown in the pic but without the paneling on the stand. The stand is just a skeleton frame right now. I think this is an excellent buy for anybody that's halfway handy and wanting to get involved in saltwater. The buyer could finish the stand anyway he or she likes rather cheaply. I am asking 350.00 for the tank and the stand and will help the buyer load it up b/c it is rather heavy. The tank is located in Murray, KY which is about 2 hours north of Nashville, TN.
I also have a Mag 24 i need to get rid of. I had it hooked up in a closed loop on this tank.
I'll sell it for 65.00.
Please email at patrick.howell@murraystate.edu
I'll be willing to talk to serious buyers on the phone and if you would like to PM me on MSN my name is chizunk_4_u@hotmail.com
Cheers,
Patrick
P.S. The tank doesn't come with the canopy shown. But I have the an excellent VHO set-up that I'm using on a smaller tank right now. It includes an icecap 150 ballast with 4 4' 10000k VHO bulbs. And an additional workhorse ballast with 2 .03 actinics. The kit is already hooked up with all neccessary endcaps etc. I would be willing to sell this for 200.00 pick up only. (just for those of you who don't know, the icecap ballast sells for 150 new)

Chunky, one thing I'm not clear about. Is the tank rdy to hold water and just the stand is not finished? If tank is not finished what still needs done? Thanks.

The tank is ready to go... That pic that I have of it is from when i filled it up last december. I had a pretty extensive FOWLR set-up in it until about a month ago. The stand is the only thing that needs finished.
Of course you will have to do something for a canopy. It could be as elaborate or as simple as you'd like, but i will give you my 4' canopy with all the VHO's hooked up and ready to go so it will save you some time if you want to transfer them to a larger canopy.

bump...
I know that someone out there would love to have this tank, please email me and make me an offer. I have to get rid of it b/c my lease is about to run out and i can't fit this in my new upstairs apartment.
Thanks,
Patrick
P.S. I've had several offers on this set-up which led me to state that the tank is already sold. From here on out, this set-up is on the market unitl I have money in my hand! :)
