240 Gallon tank??

i am thinking of getting a 240 gallon tank(8x2x2) and putting a black tip reef shark in there.
would that be ok?
and what type of filtration would i need??

Sorry, reefer123. You'll need a couple thousand gallons of water for a blacktip reef shark. Try a coral cat or a bamboo shark. Also buy the shark keeping "bible", Sharks and Rays (Scott Michaels) before you purchase your shark. Good luck!
