25 or 35 Gallon?

I am going to be getting a new reef tank, and I'm trying to figure outt what size I should get.
25 Gallon:

35 Gallon:

I'll be using a CPR bakpack and JBJ DX-RDX 2x65watt (10k/7.1K) CFs.
I'll just be raising xenia, shrooms, polyps, and maybe a brain. My question is, should one always go for the larger tank, or will the smaller one be fine since it'll get more light, and water changes will be easier.
Thanks in advance for the feedback!

I really like these aquariums- I like that all the "guts" are hidden in the rear "sump" area and all you see in the tank are the little return nozzles for water movement...
Anyhow, what are your thoughts on the 25 vs. 35 gallon debate vs. the 130watt lights?
Thanks!
(PS- glad to see that your computer is up and running again- I hope you downloaded that application that I sent you the link, username and password for - It was worth alot and its updates never expire)

I would go with the bigger tank. Might need to upgrade your lighting esp if you are going to get a brain. But IMO water changes are actually easier w/a larger tank.
Maybe someone else will chime in to help you. Good luck!:)

id always go w/the larger tank. u will appreciate the extra room and like it in the long run.
Also you can fit more in a 35, not a whole lot but if you just want a few corals it would be fine and maybe a few fish and inverts.
As for the 25, water changes would actually be harder like said above. It is much harder to stabilize a smaller tank and you wouldnt have as much room as the 35. You may need an upgrade on lighting but i would always go with the bigger tank.
