260 watts PC considered medium lights?

I have 260 watts total dual sattelite pc in a 55 gallon tank. When I look up corals to buy it says something like medium light medium flow or strong light medium flow. Are my 260 watts considered medium light? Should I try to position everything as close to light as possible?

With 260w of light, anything that's labeled medium light should do fine in any part of your tank.

You can keep soft corals and LPS under those lights.
No anemones (exept tube anemones), SPS, clams, etc.......
