i am getting 100pds of live rock for my tank and my question is after curing my rock can i use the water that i cured my rock in to put in after a water change or would newly mixed salt water be better??

You will have high ammonia levels after curing your rock, so NO, don't use it. You'll need to do a water change with new saltwater mixed (needs to mix for 24 hours).
If you are needing your tank to cycle, curing the rock in your tank is a good idea (as long as there is no fish or corals). It's what I did. Just keep an eye on your ammonia levles. You don't want it getting about 4 or you'll kill the life that's on your rock.
