My parents sent me one that they had , and were no longer using. They only used it for a few months then decided they didn't want it. Anyway, when they shipped it the tank busted, everything else is fine though. How do I go about getting a replacement tank, I don't mind paying for it either. Thanks in advance.

I'm not too sure, she said she was going scan a copy of the invoice to me when she gets home.

if u hv insurance for the package, then the shipping company will hv to pay for it.

FedEX is sending someone out Monday to assess the damage since it was insured, but I just want to know incase they do not cover it for some reason. either way they will only cut me a check and I will have to get a replacement if possible. I'm not sure if I will have to Just replace the whole thing.

She couldn't find the recipt, but as long as they will pay to replace the tank I will be happy.

Will do. I figure even if they don't cover it I will just get a replacement tank on my own dime.

I went ahead and called the manufacturer to see if I could get one from them and at what cost. They are sending me a replacement, cost me $80 plus shipping. not too bad.

he's still coming on Monday. But I'm going to need the tank either way, so I just ordered it.

they just cut a check based on the insured amount and cost to replace. I'll know more after they come today.
