I am wanting to build a canopy top for my 29gal biocube and need some help. What type of wood would you use? I thougt about the wood that works as endcaps for kitchen cabinets. It's thin and flexible to get the small flex at the front of the tank? Would this work? Would I need to put a sealer on the inside of the wood to keep the water evaporation from seeping through?
