like stated above you shouldnt really get damsels because they are EVIL!!!!!!
i'd say a pair of cleaner shrimp.whatch out for not shrimp safe fish though

I just finished a hob fuge for my 29 gallon. It's in the DIY section if you want to take a look. Just search for 'need help with hob refugium'.
I only have 2 fish in there: a domino damsel (who was supposed to be my sacrificial cycle fish, but nevere died) and a clarkii clown). They don't add much to the bioload. As far as corals: ricodeas, polyps, toadstools...those are doing great. I think alot of (mature) live rock is the key, though...it's like a big filter.
BTW, does anyone know how to post a link to another board?

well im not wanting to use damsels. im gonna resetup my 135 aggressive so i will have all of the evil that i need in there. i like cleaner shrimp, chromis, clowns and i was thinkin maybe a engineer gobie. what clown do you guys think i should go with? i dont have the best lighting right now but will be upgrading soon. what are you guys running for lights on these smaller setups? i have excellent fltration and plenty of powerheads if i need more water movement. im just trying to explore my stocking options right now.
