im putting up a 29 gallon tank and i have an idea for want i want for my tank but just want to make sure it will all work with eachother. im looking at putting a false perecula clown, flame dwarf angel, mandarin dragonette, diamond watchman goby, and a purple firefish (or a black cap basslette instead of them). let me know what you think of that or if there would be a better idea.

The flame is too large for that size tank. If you want to have a dwarf angel in that tank, a Coral Beauty or African Flameback would be better options.
I absolutely do not recommend a mandarin in a 29G. Even with a small refugium, you'd have a hard time keeping up with the pods needed to keep a mandarin healthy. Even if you get it to accept other foods, it's not a good idea.

I like bannana wrasses....they burrow at night and are jumpers so a lid of some sort is required! i think their herichleis crysus or something or another i had one but no idea wat happened
: ( im guessing u want some color ... the fish uve named are very pretty
+1 on the coral beauty i would get one myself but am fully stocked.
deff get a goby and shrimp combo or blenny or some sort
mandrins require a species tank just for them imo

You obviously mean a YELLOW or CANARY wrasse (Halichoeres chrysus). A banana wrasse (Thalassoma lutescens) gets WAY to big and too mean for a 29 gal...

I just wanted to clarify, as it would suck to have the OP go out and buy a juvie Thalassoma of any species for that setup.
