Very pretty, and clean. Tell us about it. When set up, what lighting etc. How much rock and sand.

I have a new 29 just like yours that is three weeks old. LR has been in 5 days and is cycling. I can't wait to get to the point you are. I promised myself patience however. How long have you had your tank running and have you done any modifications on your tank?

Thanks guys. I have recently added a second clown to the tank and it paired up with my original clown. I noticed the damsel messing with the other fish so after several hours of having a trap set in my tank, I got the little guy out and took if back to the LFS. I have about 27 Pounds of Live Rock in the tank. The lighting is pretty much the standard 29gal oceanic biocube lighting with 2 Coralife compact fluorescent lamps, lunar blue LED lights.

I have a friend who has a couple of those yellow tails and they are just a couple of bullies. His Chromies don't bother anything.

Well I started the cycling process with about 25lbs of live rock and with the live sand in early September '08 and I waited exactly 4 weeks before i put any fish in. I started with a clown, a firegoby, and 3 little blue-legged hermit crabs. I have added a protein skimmer to the tank made specifically for my 29gal biocube. I have also added HYDOR KORALIA 400gpm powerhead.

You will need to upgrade your lights if you plan on keeping those anemones healthy. I think you also need to up the clean up crew a bit. Try a fighting conch for the sand, they do a great job.

+1 the stock lighting wont support those nems for long at least not healthy. also the conch will clean that sand right up!

Well what kind of lights should I use. I still want to keep the top of the BioCube. What can I use?

+2 on the anenome in the biocube, I bought a sebae anenome and had it in my biocube 29 for about a month, I then put it in my 75 gallon reef with 6 T5 lights, the sebae anenome was almost white like yours when I moved it to the 75 and now it has its color back and has tripled in size. I know you see alot of those sebae anenome's that are almost white, but they are not suppose to be. Here is a pic of mine now, look how different it is from yours. Hope this helps.

Go back to the nanotuners site and on the left side go to Nanocustoms Expert Series. In there you will find the MH options.
