is this suitable for a 29 gal tank, also The VHO bulbs are included and can be either Actinic or 10K . which is better or can you do one of each

It would be a great light for a 29 gal. The tank is 30" across though so it would probably have to be suspended from the ceiling or something though. You'd want both VHO bulbs to be actinic. No use for a 10K when you have the halide bulb, that would serve as your white light.
