First I would like to thank in advance to everyone for helping...
I've been colelcting tarantulas for the last 4 years and ALWAYS wanted a saltwater fish tank so finally I decided to get myself one so here's the outcome:
Jebo 29 Gallons
Jebo 835 Canister Filter
Prime
Salt
40 Lbs Live Sand
1 Blue Damsel
20 Lbs Live Rock
My tank has been up since last friday and these are the instructions I followed from the fish store;
1 Filled my tank with tap water
2 Add prime let it run for 1 Hr
3 Add Salt to 1.022 and let run for 2 hours
4 Add Live Sand and Started acclimating fish
5 After the water cleared out I let my fish loose
those where the steps followed and the water has been running for 1 week with a blue damsel in it, the fish has been eating good and I already ordered my masters test kit (should be here within 3-4 days)
I would like to add more fishes specially my dream fish a P. volitans (i know damsel has to go) but would also like some Invertebrates and corals and some other colorful fishes.
I know the rule of thumb is do not put anything that can fit on the lion's mouth but how long would i let rum my tank now before i get to put invertebrates,corals & more fishes?
Thanks for the help.
