Is the green algae the start of coralline or a nuisance?

Looks like you are off to a good start so far. The green algae appears to be nuisance algae, but nothing a few snails won't help clear up .
Those clowns are so tiny!
I would probably look to add some more live rock to keep your tank stable as you add more livestock to it.

I am certainly going to do that. Probably add 10 lbs or so Friday that will be 35LBS total.

a quick note for you. be careful where you put that GSP. it grows like a weed once established and will quickly take over your rock work if not kept in check

that algae should not be a nuisance, it doesnt look like it will turn into hair algae, and some snails will definately take care of it

Ya I know how GSP can be so I will watch them. As they get bigger I am going isolate them but right now I just want to get them going.
