Most say you should not put a coral beauty in anything less than a 50g thats as much as I can tell you as I have not had one my self

I had/have a coral beauty in mine he brought ich to my tank and since then i have made a hospital tank and he was doing well till 2 days ago. I think a CB will be fine in the tank as long as there is enough live rock for him to swim around and graze on.

Your tank is too small to add a Coral Beauty. They require lots of swimming room and are primarily algae grazers. With insufficient room and algae to graze on, they will become stressed and succumb to ich. Your two clowns and the gobies are enough for that tank, especially as you want it to be a reef. You dont want to have high nitrate levels which increase as your bio load increases. Personally, I would not reccomend that many hermits either, but then I am not a hermit fan as they systematically kill your snails.

My hermit crabs have never killed my snails.
btw 80# or lr is a lot for a aquarium that size, especially on top of 40# of sand.
