Probably wouldn't see it. If it was hanging in a shadow it would dissapear. I bet they have to use lights to find them.
So far it is very easy to keep. Eats like a little pig and looks very happy and healthy. Always on the look-out for food. If bottomless-pit can be attributed to anything...it would be this little one. I am only going to feed it 2 times a week though. I noticed its belly can extend to where it can't get its little feet if you will down all the way. Guess it is capable is swallowing something near its own size from info I have found on it.
But it has settled in nicely. I think the small tank size and nothing else except the few rics in the pico have given it a sense of security because it doesn't hide anymore but stays out in the open.
