3 legged dog costume

Been married now about 7 months. There are a lot of new things I am learning about being a husband. One one of which is that i need to go to stupid parties with other couples. No more man cave, no more wasting all my spare cash on music gear and sw fish supplies.
Going to a Halloween party in a couple weeks, rules are you have to dress up. I agreed to go as long as I can bring my 3 legged dog. The dog needs a costume too. Never thougt I would ever agree to dress him up, but, oh well.
I want some kind of costume for him that uses the 3 legs. Like putting a camera on his head or back (cause he's a "tripod") or a pirate costume with one hanging peg leg where his amputated leg is.
Any ideas?

Why can't you leave the dog at home and not torture it playing dress up. With a bunch of people around all dressed like wierdos it could freak him out even more, and if there is any drinking at this party you really don't need your dog there. JMO

Okay...put a bandanna around his neck and call him a cowboy..or a small red cape and go as underdog. At least you won't be putting clothes on him. I think the tripod thing is sort of cute but something bulky around his neck isn’t a good idea.
It’s just an opinion but a three legged dog uses allot of energy just to get around, restricting clothes or bulky things put on him would be harder on him than a regular dog.
