it comes with
* 3 fixtures (2 are new never used and one is gently used)
* 3 new never use 400 watt 14K bulbs
* polished aluminum reflector and 48 inch long polished aluminum reflector
* 2 m59 advanced ballast with 8 ft. cord

The balats are Catalina Aquarium balasts and the bulbs a reef grow bulbs.

Yes! one of the ballasts is for dual lights and can run 2.
