30 gallon with complete kid S.F. bay area

I have 30 gallon (glass long) fish tank for sale including with
-hood and light
-sand
-about 20 pound live rock
-jamo 180 protein skimmer
-fluval 104
-rio pump 50
-marineland 150 watt
I’m giving up my hobby and they must go
Everything still have box and I will clean them when pick up
Asking for $120 firm local pick up only San Francisco bay area

yeah, i mean we'd really need more specs, age, gender, ability to mow lawns, shovel driveways, rake leaves... what kind of nut would just buy a kid sight unseen after all. boy do i forsee getting myself in trouble with this one... :p
