Is there anything that will school in a 30g?
I'm very inspired by this Japanese tank. It's somewhere around 150g, but I'm trying to recreate it (square-ish format) in a smaller tank. (pretty badly cropped, sorry)

5-6? That seems like quite a lot.
Of course, I'd love to have 5 Blue-Green Reef chromis cruising around.
Any other opinions?

alot of it depends on what you already have in the tank, if you already have several fish in a 30 gallon then don`t add a school of chromis

i would also say chromis is your best bet. if: those were your only fish, good cleanup crew, lots of rock, it could probably handle the 5 blue green. what do you think of the blue reef chromis? they do get bigger.

i've heard that too. i don't have any experiences with it though. i have heard that the aggresion is only to their own species.

Kind of a side note:
I know the big corals are Dendros, but anyone know what the smaller white-ish ones are? They look like Waving Hands are something but I'm not sure.
