hi, i had a couple questions about the fish i have been wanting to add to my 36 reef.
so right now i have
-a misbar clown
-3 blue/green chromis
i've been wanting to get
-a midas blenny
-a flame hawk (i do have a cleaner shrimp)
-a sixline wrasse
-swissguard basslet
-coral beauty or flame angel
i know these are alot of fish...so here are my questions
-if i were to get rid of the chromis could i still keep my clown and get all the other fish that i have on the list? or if not could you modify my list to what you would want to have in the tank..in your opinion?
-if i were to go all out and get an octopus hob skimmer w/ filter space (heard these are the best hob skimmers ever) and also make a fuge with my aquaclear filter would this help my filtration and tank support more fish? i can't have a sump or any non-hang on equipment due to my tanks location on my dresser. so i mean go all out with what my situation is.
-are all the fish i have planned suitable?...like good community fish? peaceful behavior? (i know angels are hit and miss with corals)
thanks for any input you have

1.you could keep all of the fish listed IF you have really good bio filtration (a good skimmer for the most part)
2.all octopus skimmers are good; at least ive heard
3.they look fine, except for the damsels, since they were in there first, they most likely will show aggression towards the other fish.

I wouldn't get a flame angle sense they do more swimming then the coral beauty (in some cases) and are bigger. If you have a cleaner shrimp I wouldn't go for a hawkfish. They can and will eat shrimp or anything that will fit into its mouth. I also see you might have a problem with the six line and swissguard. Swissguards are very shy and timid fish that are really would probably be tormented by the six line. The midas might also fight with them too.
Defenitly go for better filtration, it will make it much nicer.

i was wondering about the swissguard and sixline because they kinda have the same markings and body shape so i thought there might be agression. if i were to choose one which would you pick? i heard sixlines can be bullys.

Sixlines can be bullys, some are some aren't so it just depends on your luck. I would go with the swissgaurd. The are peaceful and very pretty. The only thing is they are not as hardy as six lines and hide much more. So it just depends on what you want. Six lines can be mean but have good personality and can be fun to watch. Swissgaurds are pretty but are timid and shy.
