36Gal Reef Tank

Hey guys, Ive been into SW aquariums for about 10 months now and ive been following this site for about the same amount of time. i recently switched my bulbs from 10K to 20K. So i decided to finnally share my tank

150W 20K MH light

Im not sure what kind of Clam this is i bought it today. lol

Candy Canes arnt fully opened. I took the pic when the light turned on.

After the clam this is my favorite Coral. Purple Monti.

Oldest Coral i have. started out with 1 head now its got 4 and a half lol
I have Fish lol just i cant stand taking 100 pics hoping one pic turns out lol
Fish:
2 Clowns
2 Green Cromis
1 Striped Damsil
1 Bi-coloured Angel (feed it every 2hours ive never seen her nip coral, guess im lucky)
1 Manderin Dragonet (super happy , havnt worried about pods at all)
1 sandsifter starfish
Hermits/snails
Corals:
Devils Finger Leather
Hammer Coral
Galaxia Coral
Candy Cane
Purple Monti
Zoos
Bubble Coral
Mushrooms
I also have a SPS (my First) slowly dieing. bought it for 5$ it was half dead when i got it
I also have Flowerpot coral ? got it as a gift again reaserch told me its super hard to keep.
Its still opening up every day but im not expecting much

Looks like a crocea clam. Looks good but your rock work looks like it could fall any minute! Not saying it is, just looks wider at top than it does at the bottom. Anyway, looks like you are doing a good job.

Yeah i figured out it wasa Crocea Clam by comparing mine to pic on the internet. lol i didnt notice but it does look like the tops wider then the bottom in that pic, im guessing bc of the bow front ? Really its not.

Most posts get responses but sometimes it can take some time. I forgot you did day you had a bowfront so that could make your rock work look obscured. Which sps frags are you planning to get?

To tell you the truth im not sure. The manager of the LFS is a great guy and said he can frag me anything from the display tanks. so im going to go there and take a look at what they have.
Do you have any sugestions. i really would like something either Red or Blue.
Id love to try an acropora

Well acros come in about every color imaginable so you should be able to get a red or blue. I like stylophora corals but I don't see them often in my local stores.

I have a 54G bowfront...abd BELIEVE ME....taking pics is a nightmare

wasnt able to go and get any frags maybe nextweek!
kinda a dumb question but my monti looks thick.... lol every pic i see of ppls montis they look thin any reason why mine might be thick?

Hey guys, i went to the LFS today picked up a Green Birds Nest
Im pretty sure its bleached bc only the tips are green.
Anyways heres the pic. what do you guys think?
