37g transformation

My mom wants to make her 37gallon tank a saltwater tank. It is a freshwater tank now and using a Magnum 350 canister filter. Would I be able to use the same filter. She bought just a couple months ago so if possible wants to use it.

You CAN use it. The only problem is if she dosent clean it. My parents had one on the 75 and it was fine(they cleaned it out ever 2 months.
