i would not count on that. i run 3x400 mh with full canopy over our 140s one mag 7 and one LG closed loop. all i have for cooling are 6 total 4" 120CFM fans . 3 in sump 3 canopy. my temps stay constant at 83 . just be sure not to buy cheapo fans that dont move enought air.

Thanks for the heads up on the fans. Everything I will be getting for my tank will be top quality. I figure by the time I get done buying everything i need for it, I will be in the $5,000-$6,000 range.
