he would have been a great friend of a blue devil damsel for sure..
When I made the mistake of 1st buying damsels they all seemed to get along. Then after they got settled one of the speckled damsels (I had 8 all together which were 4 pairs) took over the damsel ring and spent all his time harassing and beating up on the other 7...

prime bro, its a 150 ahhhh ur talkin about the 65 he's puttin the eel in LOL i thought u were talkin about his main tank lol sorry man

what can be housed with the eel safely. I love my eel but I would like to have the a few colorfull fish in the tank also the eel is only out at night and at feeding.
also in the 150 do you recomend buying all of the fish young and letting them mature or buying some older fish in the beginin
