400 Gallons.

Whats up!
Got word today that our company is moving to a new location and the new office has a built-in 400 gallon tank (previously a shark tank). I have not been clued in as to the details (lighting, filtration, etc) but I assume if it was used as a Shark tank, it would be pretty well equiped to be a saltwater fish tank.
From what I understand the tank is currently empty. I have been asked to come up with some ideas and prices for supplying livestock and for maintenace. I was chosen, as I have 2 saltwater tanks at home (25 tall and 20 long). This is a slight upgrade for me, but I have a good grasp of marine aquaria and what is involved. I do however have some questions and will prolly need some help along the way.
I have been looking through several sites and have put together a list of some fish I am thinking of including. These will be medium sized, in the 3-5" range.
3 Yellow Tangs
2 Blue tangs
2 Purple Tangs
Powder Blue Tang
Porcupine Puffer
Dogface Puffer
Niger Trigger
Picasso Trigger(?)
Panther Grouper (small)
Several various starfish.
Can anyone look this over and make any suggestions or warn if certain combos are definate no-no's?
I am also wondering about a cleaning crew (crabs, snails). I plan on having some decorative crabs and such...but what would be some rough estimates for numbers of crabs and snails that would be needed to clean such a large tank?
I plan on including a large amount of live rock. I would love to do reef, but i think that is way too much(cost & time), considering this is a 'side project' at work. I may experiment with some corals(depending on lighting), but will mostly go with fake stuff and live rock.

Nothing looks cooler than having a tank big enough to have a school of the same kind. How bout a couple more yellow tangs to your list, there cheap, hardy, and gorgeous.

Try a Emporer Angelfish they would go really good in that tank with the selection of fish u have chosin

A school of firefish!! And I know they're boring and can get aggressive, but damsels would be awesome as well. They're veryyy cheap, and colorful, and would be awesome to school. Three-striped damsels are my personal favorite, and yellow-tailed blues, green chromis, and lemon damsels are cool, too.

i wouldn't put a dogface into that tank. they are cool but they WILL eat every single invert in your tank.... trust me i tried. they will eat your starfish, hermits, snails, and shrimp. unless you want to keep replacing the inverts the dogface is not a good idea... try a big angel like a queen or an emperor.

Oh woops sorry I don't think the animal activists like my attitude. So I might as well complete it with: CLEANER WRASSE! CYANIDE TRAPPING! REGAL ANGELFISH! AHAHAHAHAHAH

I do agree that Blue Ribbons are incredible. Everything I've heard says they dont last long in captivity, regardless of conditions....any one else heard other?
