You can keep softies anywhere in the tank and LPS corals about midway up and higher. So you've got a lot of good choices out there.

Someone else will have to chime in on the anemone, I'm not sure about its lighting requirements. As far as starter corals, you can go with any softy; zoanthids and mushrooms are great for beginners as are star polyps (I prefer the green ones myself). If you want to try a few leathers, I'd recommend toadstools and fingers; but I would also recommend running carbon as these guys shed their skins and emit toxins at times (I have tons of leathers).
For LPS, I like the ones with the freaky long polyps such as frogspawn, branching hammer, and torch. Very easy to care for and can be spot fed. Bubbles are also pretty righteous.

You are very liited to the coral you get with anemonies, obviously they wander and sting and kill anything in their path. I have seen people with one and even two anemonies in their tanks here, but this is after the anemonies have settled and the place their coral way out of touch, YOUR lighting is very borderline, MOST PEOPLE HERE will say no way, with that pc lighting AND only hallides. But you might get away with a CONDI towards the top of your live rock,, is you LR stacked high?
