What should I do with my 5.5 gallon tank??? The last thing I want to do is to sale it and it doesn't worth much money either. Is it too small to be a hospital tank??

Its not too small to be a hospital tank, as long as you only keep small fish.

Make it a nano... unless you are treating neon gobies or something similar that is too small for a hospital tank and will add stress to the sick fish...
