I did not know that those shrimps fight, have not got any trouble yet. Maybe because they are about the same size??
The fire shrimp is usually on one side upside down in a rock and the cleaner is always on the other side of the tank where the zoa is.

I live in Houston. Moved the sunflower down and it start to open again. Thanks.
Added more live rock and the rose anemone moved to a perfect spot, since I just got a clown that is hosting and also got a bangai cardinal and a new polyp.
Please advice if something looks out of place.

AJ,
Yes the only thing added is a Bio Skimmer and a heater in the first chamber. Which is the only one I have modified, taking out the little rack that was in the middle.
Still have some high Nitrates (20) but trying to get them low (5 % water change every week is not really working for this purpose). So probably will start with Poly-Pads and see if this could help. I am really reluctant to get rid of the bioballs and replace them with lr, but seems a lot of people doing it and worked.
Any advice to reduce nitrates??

Be cautious of that anemone... it is very close to that powerhead.. make sure any over flows and powerheads have prefilters on them or you will make mince meat out of that animal.
some ideas here...

The lighting is marginal for its long term survival keep an eye on it. It may work but dont be surprised if it doesnt, if it starts to move around a lot or turn white be prepared to take action.
I like the LR scaping, everything else looks awesome good job

your coral list is fine research each ones requirements make sure you have enough flow in the tank esp for the leather.
research the stock list for your fish, tangs are not reccomended for small tanks 75gal minimum. The wrasse is IMO also not meant for a small tank. They are also warned against in a reef tank. Im sure people have done the yellow wrasse with success in a reef but it is cautioned against.
Also your starfish has a 100% chance of dieing from starvation... when? well that cant be answered with certainty yet but I would be 99% positive in less than a year it will die. Just to give them a shot at surviving they are recommended for mature tanks 1+yrs with 100# or so of LR for grazing.HTH and good luck

Tank looks great, I love the way you set up the l/r. You said you had a yellow tang but I didnt see one in the pictures, do you already have one or did you want to add one. Like PerfectDark said your tank is way to small for a tang. If you added your fish to close together it could be why your having a problem with your Nitrates. I would suggest that you take the tang and the
yellow wrase back to your lfs and give your tank some time to level out. after a while when things settle down for a while you could add another fish, I would suggest a smaller reef safe fish. This is all just my own opinion but I think it would help. You have a really nice looking tank and I wish you luck.
also I was wondering what kind of star fish do you have? I have been looking for one for my tank but it seems the only choices are brittle star and linkas but the brittle star gets big and the linkas need a big mature tank IMO. they are very delicate starfish and can stave in a small new tank. Hope this doesnt sound like I am getting down on you because I dont mean to, just trying to share my experiences. hope this helps some

another great advice PD. I will do the filters today.
Nothwithstanding, maybe it was the picture taken from one side of the tank that makes the anemone look really close to the powerhead. In reality it is in the middle of the tank.
I was thinking to return the yellow wrase since it double size really quick-2 month. Any suggestions? What about a flame angelfish.
C4R, think is a rose seastar aprox. 2"

I would advise against all tangs and angels in a nano. Some have done it, but the fish simply need more room than what is available. What about getting another clown to replace your tang?

No I wouldnt do a flame angel even though they are of the dwarf species they can still get 5" or so. Look at the pygmy angels if your interested in one. White fin pygmy is a really cool so is a flame back pygmy. Even some pygmy species can get 4" so becarful selecting but some stay small 2-3" Angels are always cautioned in reefs as they can nip at corals.
Your starfish I believe is a Fromia sp. common name is marble sea star. The red or rose sea star from what I have read is a Fromia milleporella of the genus fromia but a different sub species.. Ophiura is the star fish expert here but I havent seen her on in a long time.
