1. I personally like fuges better, even for FO tanks, but a wet/dry will work fine also. or you can do both, there is not going to be any cut and dry answer for this, only opinion, research and make the best choice.
2. A fuge MUST have a light, perferable 24/7. The Macro algae will not grow without direct light.
3. Doesn't really matter where it is at IMO. But first is fine.
4. If you want another angel then get a pygmy angel. I don't see why people want to get a fish they know won't work in their tanks long term. It is not easy to remove fish from an established tank and it ususally ends up stressing EVERYONE out (including the tank owner).
Good luck!

I am saying two adult Emperor Angels will not work in your tank. Maybe I didn't understand you, I assume you have an adult Emporer angel and want to add a juvenile. I wouldn't do that, just add a pygmy if you want another angel in the tank.

eel in a 125gal = yes
shark in a 125gal =no, unless upgrading, however if you have limited liverock and no fish you could do a coral cat shark, but that would be a boring tank

Keep in mind that an eel will eat your shrimp, crabs, and other inverts...
No way on the shark...
And don't do 2 emporers, they will kill each other..

to refuge or not to refuge? Refuge! I use a 40gal plenium with a mini mud tank refugium suspended in the 40 gal above the plenium 2"from top of sand bed with Green Calupera in the mud tank and on a live rock to help it attach, using full spectrum 2- 24" Flor lites on 48hr off 12 hr on 48, the green Calupera takes the excessive amounts of protein out of the water the mud helps the Calupera grow and adds trace ellements to the water to help the corals and fish the creatures in the live rock and a few small blue legged hermits help keep the mud clean, the plenium, removes the nitrates, i have three large agressive hermits in the plenium to keep it clean. Mirical-Mud is really the way to go i have seen much improvement in all tank conditions. water to bio ball chamber, then to mud chamber then to sand chamber then to another bio ball chanmber then to sump pump chamber. but many ways have been done to good results its your hobbie.
