From what I understand, it doesn't matter as to what type you get. It is just a matter of color preference. Though I have heard that you should stay away from the 7500K bulbs.
if your fixture only has one bulb get 50/50. if it has two or more make at least one actinic and the other(s) 10K (or 12K I guess. 10K is more popular.)
