50 hex

for my 50 hex i was wondering for my filtration if i could use a filter from my freshwater tank?? would that work or should i buy a new wet dry filter???

what kind of filter is it? have you ever used any kind of copper medicine in the freshwater tank??

the filter is a emporer 280 i think and i did not use any copper medicine
y does the copper matter? and will the filter work???
