500 gal glass

Well should I get it? It is for a glass custom built 500 gal tank, the stand, and the bio filter for $2000. He said the guy payed $11,000 for the tank and $5000 for the filter. The prices he payed I think are a little high.

You can purchase a 500 gallon acrylic for less than $2g. You can always build your own stand/canopy.
What are the dimensions of this aquarium.
What is so "custom" about the aquarium or expensive regarding the filter? The obvious question to me is, can you trust someone who could by lying or misleading you in the tanks past/initial cost?

I have the 100' of fish tape on an automatic roll at home for as long as needed.
I'm getting off at 330, but have to run out and check out a new truck. Trans finally went out on mine. Oh well!

woody has a 4 x 4 reg cab S10 ZR2 suspension package, 5sp manual for sale. I think it's a 00'. I'm not sure if she's selling it or not but I think she is. We could also put in a new trans on your truck for 200 bucks or less at the shop(heated).

Your going to need at least 6 guys to move it. I'm sure you knwo that already.

It was going to be a fish only with some sharks and tangs. I figure it is going to take atleast 6-8 people to move this thing. The guy isn't returning my calls and said he was going to call me tonight but haven't heard anything yet. I went and look at my buddies shop and he has a 270 glass that he would sell me for 1000. Also I have everything for it because I'm getting rid of my 180 and would use all the acessories from that tank.

As long as everything is just referring to an acrylic aquarium, than yes! Colored back, stands, canopy, built in wet-dry, etc. are all extra.
And Acrylics light, four guys "should" be able to move it.

i think bigmac was referring to the 2 grand for the glass tank... not the acrylic.
