I would like to know what you're thoughts on the following fish cohabitating in a 55 gallon fish only tank.
1 Blue Tang
1 Lemonpeel Angelfish
1 Volitan Lionfish
2 Heniochus Black & White Butterfly
1 Blue Dot Puffer
3 Ocellaris Clownfish
If anything, I would give up the lion just because of it's size and willingness to eat anything it can fit in its mouth. Thanks for the information.

Blue tang; will quickly outgrow the system. Not a good choice.
Lemonpeel angel; Nice fish for a 55. Add it only after the tank has matured for a few months.
Lion; You answered your own question
Heniochus. Even a single specimen would become too large.
Blue dot puffer; nice fish; not good with inverts
3 clowns. Stick with a pair.
Other options; flasher or fairy wrasse, sixline wrasse, one of the larger gobies.

Welcome to the boards.
Read, read, read. Marine tanks are a new world.
Your fish list contains great specimens, but no way could you keep them in a 55 gallon tank.
Good luck! Ask plenty of questions, you'll find many very experienced folks around here.
