55 Gallon Pictures

I've had the tank up and running since February. It is my first attempt at an actual reef tank. Most of the corals weren't added until May.

Let me know what y'all think.

whats it matter if you can? its a picture of something in your house. i can see it and it looks sick
Point well taken. As long as you all can see them, then that's fine with me.
It seems to be something screwy with photobucket. I can't get to their website, and any pictures posted through them won't show up on my computer. Oh well.

tank is looking great what kind of lighting are you running?

every time i look at someones 55, i see something i like and have to go downstairs immediately and try it out on mine. if you can make a 55 look good, then you can aquascape any tank.

+1 I never liked my 55 gal when I had it up.
Tank looks good. Just keep with ur test and water changes and everything should do good.
And one more thing STOCK it up with more coral!

HO T5's. 1 x 54W 10K, 1 x 54W Actinic. Those are my "daytime" lights. I've also got 2 x 28W NO T5's that come on 2 hours before my "daytime" lights do. Then they stay on for 2 hours after the "daytimes" go off. Its the same thing in the morning.

I'm working on that. I'm putting some Green Star Polyps in today (hopefully). I'm going to try to get them to grow up that big rock jutting out in the center.
Last night I added a longnose hawkfish that had been in quarantine. He seems to be doing well despite being harassed by my sixline.
By the way the critters in the tank are:
1 false percula
1 green chromis (I had 3 at one point)
1 royal gramma
1 sixline wrasse
1 longnose hawkfish
5 redleg hermits
5-10 blueleg hermits
5-10 nassarius snails
5 astrea snails
2 emerald crabs
1 coral banded shrimp
1 arrow crab
